Challenge #4 - Summer theme, color challenge

I wanted to do a summer theme challenge. I know some off us are sick of this cold. :) Not like it's really cold here in Arizona. :)

The colors that need to be used are: Green, yellow and blue. Any project is fine, card, tag, scrapbook page, whatever you feel like making. :)
